DYNAMIC FAN BALANCING
We balance all types of fans to the weight of 1.500 kg and maximum diameter 2.400 mm.
OPERATING BALANCING
We perform operating balancing on the customer's premises without the necessity to remove the rotor and balance it on the machine.
We will perform the balancing on your unit including the diagnostics, without interrupting the operation by rotor removal and subsequent installation.
The customer obtains information on the initial and final imbalance with a report on vibrations in the machines and the bearings.
DYNAMIC ROTOR BALANCING
We balance all types of flexible and rigid rotors. The balancing proceeds dynamically in two planes or statically acc. to ČSN ISO 1940 up to G 0,4 balancing grade. We balance rotors weighing from 0.1 kg to 1.500 kg with the maximum length of 8.000 mm.
